"I had the unfortunate event of losing my keys happen to me while out of town. I searched the Houston area for locksmith and Express locksmith appeared. It was an added bonus that they were located near IAH where my car was parked. I made a call and the customer service was outstanding! I explained what happened and that I will need a new key for my vehicle. Once I arrived at IAH I called again and the timing couldn’t have been better. As soon as I entered the parking lot Express locksmith was there waiting to assist me. Aaron did a phenomenal job he was very courteous and had great manners. I waited no more than 6 minutes before I was handed the keys and ready to go. If you ever have a key problem Express locksmith is there to help."
